School
St. Anthony Church
School celebrates the third Saturday of
every month as "Sanbrama Shanivara," a
special day dedicated to discovering,
nurturing, and showcasing the hidden talents
of students. The initiative provides
children with opportunities to move beyond
regular academics and participate in various
extracurricular and creative activities. It
encourages confidence, imagination,
creativity, teamwork, and joyful learning
among students.
As part of the Sanbrama Shanivara
activities, the Pre-Primary Section
conducted a variety of engaging events.
Environment Day activities helped children
understand the importance of nature,
cleanliness, plants, and caring for the
environment. Colouring Day provided an
opportunity for the little ones to express
their imagination and creativity through
colours. Fruits and Vegetable Carving Day
introduced students to the creative use of
fruits and vegetables while developing their
artistic skills and appreciation for healthy
food.
The children also enthusiastically
participated in the Shapes Competition,
where they identified and creatively
presented different shapes, strengthening
their observation and cognitive skills. The
Fancy Dress Competition brought out their
confidence and creativity as students
dressed up in different characters and
themes and presented themselves before their
peers. The Memory Game was conducted to
develop concentration, observation, recall,
and memory skills in an enjoyable manner.
Overall, the Sanbrama Shanivara celebrations
in the Pre-Primary Section created a happy,
vibrant, and child-friendly learning
environment. The activities provided every
child with a platform to participate,
explore individual talents, and learn
through experience. The initiative
successfully blended fun, creativity,
learning, and talent development, making the
third Saturday a much-awaited and meaningful
day for the young learners.
