5E Lesson planning and Preparation of a well balanced Question paper

The workshop held on July 19th was a landmark event in the school's calendar, showcasing its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence in education. Conducted by the esteemed Dr. Anni Jaya Sheela, the session was meticulously designed to empower teachers with the skills and knowledge necessary to craft effective lesson plans and well-balanced question papers.

The 5E instructional model, comprising Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate, was expertly woven into the fabric of the workshop. Dr. Anni Jaya Sheela's presentation was engaging, informative, and thought-provoking, enabling teachers to seamlessly integrate this model into their daily lesson plans. This innovative approach promises to enhance student engagement, encourage active participation, and ultimately, drive better learning outcomes.

A significant highlight of the workshop was the emphasis on designing question papers that assess a range of cognitive abilities in students. By creating assessments that cater to diverse learning needs, teachers can gain a more comprehensive understanding of student knowledge and skills. This, in turn, enables educators to tailor their instruction to meet the unique requirements of each student, thereby promoting a more inclusive and effective learning environment.

The workshop was a testament to the school's dedication to the professional development of its teaching staff. By providing opportunities for growth and skill enhancement, the school is ensuring that its educators remain at the forefront of innovative teaching practices. Special appreciation is due to Principal Rev. Father Richard Kadiwal for his unwavering support and encouragement in organizing such valuable training programs.

The impact of the workshop was palpable, with teachers leaving the session feeling inspired, motivated, and equipped with new tools and strategies to enhance their teaching practices. As the school continues to prioritize teacher development and student learning, it is poised to achieve even greater heights of excellence in the years to come.
