The fancy dress competition for nursery children, held in
the school hall from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, was a resounding
success, showcasing the creativity and confidence of the young
participants. With the theme "Freedom Fighters," the little ones
came dressed as iconic leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal
Nehru, Subhash Chandra Bose, and Rani Lakshmibai, bringing
history to life in a fun and engaging way. Each child
confidently spoke a few lines about their character,
demonstrating their understanding of the significance of these
freedom fighters in India's struggle for independence.
The judges, Mss. Shraddha and Tejaswini, encouraged and
appreciated the efforts of the students, providing valuable
feedback and support. The event created a patriotic atmosphere,
helping the children to learn about the sacrifices and
contributions of India's freedom fighters. The competition was a
colorful, lively, and educational experience for all,
highlighting the importance of teaching children about national
heroes and the value of freedom. Overall, the fancy dress
competition was a fantastic way to introduce young children to
India's rich history and cultural heritage.
